Got a voicemail about a bogus charge of £398 supposedly from the amazon prime fraud team, asking me to ring back on 020 3966 7100. Pretty sure they just wanted my bank details, passwords, pin, and even my mum’s maiden name or something daft. Couple of issues here: for starters, i don’t even have an amazon prime account. Secondly, these scammers have already tried this scam before but called from another number, which i’ve blocked now. Looks like my phone’s on some dodgy scammers’ target list. Just a heads up to everyone - block this number and don’t engage!
