I've been receiving calls and texts from this number while in Australia, and it's rather peculiar-it's always someone asking for a certain "Mark" and they claim they're keen to discuss "Mark's concerns regarding the platform" or some such nonsense. It's clearly a scam! The caller is a male, and it all seems rather dodgy to me.
