I got a call from Lola's Cupcakes asking me about an order I had made before. We had a nice conversation and they even sent me a voucher via email, which I’ve already redeemed. I double-checked by calling their customer service and they confirmed the call was genuine. Some folks are leaving bad reviews but have you thought that maybe they’re just trying to keep their staff employed? Let’s be a bit kinder and more understanding, especially with everything going on right now.

I got a voicemail about Lola's Cupcakes and thought it was odd, so I rang up a mate who works there. She told me it was just one of those feedback calls, nothing dodgy or trying to sell anything. Definitely not a scam.

Total scam! Got a voicemail from someone claiming to be Lola’s Cupcakes, which I’ve bought from before, then they sent me an email with a suspicious voucher code. Definitely dodgy.

got a call from an unknown number, so i just let it ring out. later, they left a voicemail about being part of some cupcake crew and thanked me for an order i supposedly made, which i didn't. they mentioned sending an email with a 10% discount for my next purchase. i actually did get that email but didn’t bother opening it, just trashed it. bit weird if u ask me!
