When I contacted Fonehouse directly, they assured me that this number is indeed fraudulent and that several others have reported the same issue. Please, for your own safety, refrain from sharing any personal information. Since the conversation was a bit unclear, I requested that they send me an email outlining their offer. They obliged, and I promptly forwarded that email to Fonehouse for verification. They confirmed that it has absolutely no association with them whatsoever.
