It’s a good idea for everyone to ring up those numbers that come up as withheld; they truly seem to despise it!

This morning, I got a couple of calls from an American number with a recorded message claiming it was HMRC warning me about a court case. Obviously a scam. I rang back and a woman picked up. I told her I was recording the call since I suspected it was dodgy. She hung up straight away but rang back asking who I was. I said I was someone going to report her to HMRC. Then she told me "don't call me b#tch." I've already reported it to HMRC and I’m about to notify my mobile provider as well!

Got a call from someone pretending to be HMRC saying I was owed a tax refund. They sent me a link to click for the refund, but the thing is, I don’t even pay tax! Definitely a scam, watch out everyone.

I received a rather alarming automated call purporting to be from HMRC, stating something about a lawsuit linked to my name. However, I've since learned from HMRC themselves that it’s actually a phishing attempt or scam. Quite the nuisance, really!

Received a notification regarding a legal claim at the local county court from HMRC. Sounds like a dodgy scam to me! I’ve blocked the number, deleted the message, and wouldn't recommend engaging with it at all. Just ignore it!

Utterly ridiculous buffoons! "An American court is reaching out to inform you that there's a lawsuit lodged against your name." How absurd!

Someone pretending to be HMRC got an earful of my Punjabi expletives, and what do you know, they came back at me in Hindi! Clearly, they're operating from India!
