Had my True Call call blocker screen it and then got the message sayin "Caller not recognised / Whisper / Hung up whilst screening".

I've received calls from individuals posing as representatives of Microsoft, but I suspect they’re nothing more than scammers.

A woman on the line claimed she was going to look into a 20% tax refund on my behalf. I questioned her about it, suspecting it might be yet another dodgy scheme, and she promptly hung up.

Got a call ringing through at 10:42 UTC on 29th January but when the answerphone picked up, they went quiet and hung up straight away. No clue who that was.

Had a rather peculiar experience with a silent phone call, accompanied by some indistinct sounds in the backdrop. Quite bizarre, to say the least!

Got a call earlier today just before 8am from someone named Adam who had a strong Irish accent. He claimed to be working for Microsoft and said it was something about my computer, but didn’t give much more on the voicemail. Honestly, nice to hear a proper human voice instead of a quick hang-up, which is what most callers do these days.

I've gotten about five calls in two days from someone saying they're from Microsoft, trying to take over my computer. Quite suspicious if you ask me.

Got a call from some guy named John, sounded Asian. It was that Microsoft scam popping up once more. He tried to convince me to let him into my computer, claiming he was there to shield me from hackers!

I've gotten calls from this number a bunch of times. Usually, they never leave a voicemail, but today a bloke actually spoke, and it was in some language I couldn't understand.

I usually just let these calls ring out, but if you’re the sort of person who picks up, maybe keep a whistle handy 🙂

Saw the messages above and figured it was nothing new, so I didn’t pick up. No voicemail either, which makes me think it’s just the usual. Decided to just give it a miss.

Got a call from a bloke with a weird accent saying he was from Microsoft, said my computer had some kind of problem. Sick of these scam calls - we keep flagging them but does anyone actually do anything? Felt pointless to me. I called him out as a fraud and he started acting all arrogant, so I gave him a piece of my mind right back. Honestly, no idea how they manage to sleep good at night.

Around 7:30 in the morning, this number rang me again - it’s not the first time either. It’s getting pretty frustrating, especially since they never leave a voicemail. I’m guessing it’s just another scam call, like always.

Received a call today, only to be met with my own voicemail kicking in. We didn't answer at all, but the other side kept repeating "hello, hello." Quite peculiar!

I didn’t pick up, and even though my voicemail was ready for them to leave a message, the caller just kept saying “Hello, hello” and then hung up. If it was a legit call, they’d have left a message. I usually get a daily call from numbers beginning 02039. Thinking of cancelling my landline when it’s due again because it’s just too much bother.

This number was unknown to me so I just let it ring out. Best not to pick up and feed these scammers. If it’s really urgent, they’ll leave a voicemail anyway.

This number’s been ringing me non-stop, probably a dozen times last week alone. They kept asking who the main user of my computer is, and I just jokingly told them that if they got me one, then I’d be the main user! Not surprisingly, they ended the call pretty quick. Funny thing is, last time they rang it was about some problem with my cooker! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

So, just before half past seven this morning, I got a call from a woman with an Americanised Asian accent saying she was from Microsoft. Bit odd, right? Who from Microsoft would be ringing someone in the UK that early? Told her Microsoft doesn’t phone me up and she hung up straight away. Caught me off guard as I’d only just gotten out of bed. I doubt these scammers realise how daft it is to call so early, but maybe they think folks are more groggy and easy to trick then. Honestly, I wish this nonsense would stop. Already had two calls like that from different numbers today.
