2 monthsAthena Expert Surveyors usually get in touch for two main reasons: First, you might have asked us for a quote on either a Level 2 or Level 3 home survey as a prospective buyer. Secondly, if your solicitor or landlord has asked for an inspection regarding repair problems in your property, we’ll be calling to set up a housing disrepair inspection. After this, we'll create an independent expert report that complies with Part 35 guidelines.
