I’ve had loads of calls from these lot, despite being registered with the TPS. As soon as I say anything a bit negative, they just cut me off. They keep telling me our answering machine cover - whatever that is - has run out, but we don’t even own one. Ours is so old, like over ten years, that I reckon it's got to be a total scam.

Got a call from this number about extending my washing machine insurance cheaply. The guy said his name was Kane and claimed he was from Home Support Group. He even knew the brand and how long I'd had the machine. He left a phone number to get in touch if I wanted to renew: 0203 9510433. Looks like they're trying to make it sound legit.

Got a call about renewing my washing machine cover which I've held for about three years now. Bit odd since the washer is under 18 months old and still covered by warranty, so I don't even need insurance! The bloke said he was from HSG or something, but couldn't tell me the brand or any details about the machine. Definitely sounded like a scam to me - such a pain, they ought to be stopped.

Got a call from some woman about a washing machine, but I couldn't quite catch where she was from because the line was all fuzzy. When I asked her where she was calling from, she just ended the call straight away. Bit weird, wasn't sure what that was about.

If you get a call from this number, don't pick up, it’s a scam.
