a guy with an indian accent called and kept pressing for my name. when i tried to find out who he was, he just asked for my name once more. i refused to tell him, and then he just cut the call. he said his name was david brovin, seemed pretty pushy. could hear other indian voices in the background too.

I got that call too just now. Totally seems like a scam, but I still put in a report about the number. Some automated voice told me I’m a main suspect in some investigation and that my home is being watched. Used to be calls asking if you’d been in a crash, now they’re ramping it up by trying to frighten folks into ringing a fake number about a fake case, making you think you’re under surveillance. Proper creepy stuff.
