Got a rude staff member just talking over a woman, real patronising. I asked if Conrad Bossomaier was there, supposedly the Managing Director or partner or something like that, but no one would put me through. Felt like I was getting direct age and #### discrimination from Ryan. Proper annoying.

financialdivisions is a recruitment agency from London offering a fully remote Level 4 compliance File Checker position. I applied but never got a confirmation email from their website. After sending a follow-up email with no reply, I decided to call them. Under UK GDPR 2018, I’m permitted to record calls legally. During the call, the bloke on the other end kept asking me to repeat myself and was quite rude. Once he realised I was recording, he suddenly acted like he couldn’t hear properly. Felt like he was being discriminatory, maybe age-related or just plain horrible.
