Sounds dodgy to me, making threats about legal stuff if you don’t get back to them quick. They mentioned some officer Remily Wilson from HMRC is after me or my “criminal lawyer” - yeah right! Don’t these scammers realise how the legal system really works? Honestly, I wouldn’t bother calling them back. If HMRC wanted to reach you, they’d send an official letter through the post.

Received a voicemail that was quite the drama, threatening me with legal action and even an arrest warrant if I don’t get back to them. It's honestly laughable! 😂 I suppose I’ll just carry on ignoring them, what a bunch of muppets! 😂😂

I keep receiving calls from what appears to be HMRC, and they’re rather ominously warning me about potential legal action if I don’t respond. I’ve already brushed off three of their calls within the past couple of hours! It's quite unnerving, to say the least.

Got two calls today, one in the morning around 8:30 and another mid-afternoon about 3:30. Didn't pick up since the number was unfamiliar. When I looked it up online, turns out it’s a scam. I’ve also been getting messages and letters from some firm pretending to be from HMRC trying to collect a debt. Really annoying how persistent they are. I checked my Gov[###] account just to be safe and there’s no debt owed, so definitely a scam. There’s way too many dodgy calls like this these days, hope they eventually get caught and locked up.

Got a voicemail from 02039578527 threatening a warrant for my arrest if I didn’t ring them back. Felt really scared at first, nearly called straight away. Then I calmed down and searched the number online. I’ve sent all the details - time, date, and number - to [email protected]. Hoping no one else falls for this trick, it’s just a nasty scam. Honestly, I’m pretty annoyed now that they tried to scare me like that.

So, HMRC told me the name of some officer handling my case 🤣 but the name made no sense to me at all. Guess they’re just gonna turn up and arrest me then!

I got a call from what looked like HMRC but never actually picked up. Later I found an automated message left saying something like "this is a very serious issue, you need to call us back on…" but I didn’t catch the number properly. They threatened some kind of arrest warrant if you don’t get back to them. I didn’t mess about and reported it straight away to HMRC.

I keep getting loads of calls every day from trader101, each time using a different phone number. The person on the line is really rude and talks over me, never paying attention to what I say. They keep insisting they haven’t done anything wrong because I supposedly gave my info to some distribution list, which I have no clue about. I've asked them repeatedly to take my number off their list and to stop calling, but they just ignore me. Sometimes when I pick up, there’s weird music and background noise like it’s a call centre before anyone even talks. It’s honestly so annoying.
