8 yearsHad a really unpleasant experience with a pushy sales person who was quite rude and kept insisting to speak with our Accounts Payable department. After calling back, found out the company goes by IFX or IFEX, and they were trying to pitch some international foreign exchange services. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them - best to block and report straight away. Worth remembering what OFCOM says about this kind of thing. Callers have to tell you who they are when they ring for sales. If you ask, they’re supposed to give you their name and either an address or a free contact number. That way, you can let them know you don’t want any more sales calls. You can do this by phone, email or letter, but it’s better to put it in writing and keep a note of when and who you spoke to.
