Got an email claiming if I shared my bank details, I’d get a loan in half an hour. No phone call came through, but weirdly the guy’s number was included in the message. Total scam, watch out!

At about 11.15 I received an email from some company calling themselves AA DIRECT LENDER FINANCE UK. They claimed they were just waiting on my bank details. Like, do they think I’m daft enough to send my info to them? I replied saying they’re scammers and warned I’d report their email to the police. Told them not to bother emailing my address ever again. The number they left at the bottom was 020 395 13016. It’s a mystery how they even got my email; I never asked for any loan or anything.

Got a couple of missed calls earlier, then I get this email saying I’ve been accepted for some loan I never even asked for. They want me to fill out a form and hand over my card info for the payment or whatever. As if I’m daft enough to fall for that! Total scam, don’t fall for it!
