When I rang back, a woman said she’d resend the email, but after looking them up online, I found out they were fakes pretending to be a legit company. I told her how she’d feel if someone scammed her family, and she got really mad, shouting before abruptly hanging up on me. That’s the clearest sign they’re scammers.
