Received a call from the number 0203 942 9895 claiming there was a problem with my broadband and line. I had a feeling it was a scam so I quickly ended the call. To be sure, I got in touch with BT's billing team to verify if there was any issue with my internet. They assured me everything was fine and confirmed that BT never contacts customers directly about faults - customers report problems to them first. I’ve also gone ahead and blocked that number to avoid any future calls from them.
