These days, if I get a call from a number I don’t know, I jump straight onto a reverse lookup site. More often than not, the reviews for that number aren’t great, which honestly makes me feel a bit better. At least I avoid getting stuck in some annoying or harassing chat that I really don’t want.

I picked up and this robotic voice started saying I had some kind of legal trouble over tax fraud and that there was a warrant to arrest me. It told me to press 1 to talk about it. I just hung up straight away and blocked the number. Definitely one of those scams, no doubt about it.
