Can someone tell me why these idiots keep calling non stop? Who even are they, proper nuisances!

Getting calls from this number, 020 3936 9807, pretty much daily around 4 to 6 in the evening. Strange thing is, when I pick up, there’s no one there, just silence, and then they hang up after a couple of seconds. Quite weird and annoying really.

Got a call from a lady with a strong Indian accent, trying to push some kind of deal on my gas and electric supply. When I asked how she got my details, she said I’d done some online survey - which I definitely haven’t. When I told her that, she actually called me a liar! I just kept my cool and told her to take my new number off her list and never call me back. She mentioned something about Boost.

For the past few days this number has been calling me, about 3 or 4 times daily. I never pick up, so no clue who's behind it. My Samsung phone actually flagged it as possible spam or some sort of robocall. I’m also signed up with the TPA, so not sure why it keeps ringing.
