Got a call from someone claiming to be Three Network. I've been with them for ages and immediately knew this wasn’t one of their numbers. The moment I told them that, they just went quiet and ended the call. Pretty sure it was a scam.

I just ignored the call, but when I checked the number, it seems to be linked to an Italian place called Destiny near Canary Wharf. I don’t think it’s for me though, as I hardly ever go anywhere near London.

Beware, these are scams pretending to be from the inland revenue. They're just call centres based in India trying to trick you into giving away your personal info.

I got these annoying calls like 3 times today. On the last call, I finally found out they said they were from Boost Energy, trying to talk about my prepayment meter and offering a cheaper plan. But I don’t even have a prepayment meter! Told them I wasn’t interested, and then they kept asking how I pay my energy bills. I just said no thanks again and hung up. Quite frustrating!

I picked up and said hello, but there was no reply on the other end. I could hear some sort of bustle in the background, like a busy office or call centre, so in the end I just hung up.
