They told me I’d won a chocolate hamper from an online contest I never even joined, plus 10 free National Lottery lines. Totally dodgy, definitely a scam.

I got a call from what seemed like a debt collector. Wasn't annoying at all, and once I told them they’d got the wrong number, they didn’t bother me anymore.

Got another call today, fourth one in fact, and for once someone actually picked up. The person said they were from some lottery firm and that I had won something. That’s odd since I never play any lotteries. I wasn’t very nice about it and told them to bugger off.

They rang me a few times today but I have no clue who it was. Calls came through at about 4:30, then just before 7 and again around 7:50 in the evening. I didn’t pick up any of the times and there was no voicemail left either, so I guess it's just another cold call. Anyway, I’ve blocked the number now!
