I decided to ring them to figure out if they were scammers or just plain clueless, but my phone started making a weird noise. It was like a #beeeep#, then a pause of about ten seconds, then another #beeeep#, over and over - definitely not the usual ring I’m used to. Now I’m thinking either they’ve grabbed my number or they've messed up the line somehow.
