He was trying to get my email and other details, sayin’ it was for ‘security reasons’. I told him I hadn’t made any claim so there was no need to share info and he should just hang up. He replied he couldn’t hang up till he finished his security checks, so I said ‘Well I can hang up whenever I want. Cheers’ and ended the call.
