020 3936 0753 has rung me a couple of times at the worst hours. I’m not daft, don’t know anyone from central London, and my phone said it was an unknown caller so I just let it ring off. Now they’re blocked. Fingers crossed they don’t just switch to a new number and bother me again. I always keep a whistle nearby in case I accidentally pick up and the person on the other end starts getting rude - they get a blast of that down the line, quick as a flash.

Picked up and the person asked me to confirm my identity. I told them I wasn't going to do that, and the caller then introduced themselves. They said they were from some kind of household survey and wanted to ask me a few questions. I said they could ask, but I wasn't promising I'd answer everything. They asked if I was a homeowner or renting, and I said neither. Then they asked if I lived with my parents, I said no. They wanted to know my living situation and I told them homeless. After that, they just hung up. Honestly, I enjoy messing with these muppets!
