This looks like one of those scam calls. It tells you your computer's got a virus and that your credit card details and social media logins are being stolen. Then it gives you a phone number to call for help from a “technician” who’ll supposedly remove the virus. If you try closing the browser, it warns they’ll block your PC to protect their servers or something. The number shows up as being from London. I’m flagging it as dangerous because the only way I could get out was by restarting my PC, although for me closing virtual box worked. Definitely don’t trust it!
