Utterly pointless caller, likely a scammer.

I answered the phone and the woman introduced herself as Julie, mentioning something about an accident I supposedly had. I said, “Yes, indeed I had one, back in 1996. What’s that got to do with you?” This utterly baffled her. Then, I firmly told her to leave me alone and not to bother me again. Clearly, it was one of those pesky injury claim con artists. Best to just block the number. I hadn't recognised it before, and my mobile's CallBlocker usually does a great job filtering out these nuisances.

This number seems to be affiliated with the same bunch of fraudsters as 02040984957, attempting to pull off a PPI scam by inquiring about a supposed mishap.
