So, someone called saying they were from o2 and told me my SIM would be blocked soon because it can’t get 5G. They said they’d send me a free upgraded SIM to fix it. I said I didn’t have any problems with 5G, and then the person just said it’s my choice and ended the call. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

Got a dodgy call claiming to be from EE trying to scam me.

The caller kept insisting on loads of info, especially my name, but even after I clearly said it, they couldn’t get the spelling right no matter how many times I tried. They kept promising a 40% discount, which was really annoying in the end.

Got a call from someone pretending to be from the XE network, total scammer!

Someone rang saying they were from EE and offered me a 40% discount on my bill, but as soon as they asked for my USER NAME, I got suspicious and said they should send any info in writing. They cut the call pretty sharp after that. I’m definitely going to report this to EE so they’re aware.
