5 daysSomewoman said she was calling from O2. At first I wasn’t sure if it was genuine, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t. For one, O2 never calls me, and also when I asked “how do you know I’m with O2?” She went quiet for a second and then nervously asked “which network do you use then?” Felt sketchy to me.6 daysSounds like a total scam to me. I got a call from a lady with an Asian accent claiming she was from O2, saying I could get 30% off if I used a text and scanned a QR code. But when I asked how much my bill would be after the discount, she couldn’t give me a straight answer. I reckon those links were meant to hack into my phone or something, so I just hung up. When I tried calling back, it went straight to voicemail with no one saying who they were. Definitely not how O2 operate - they hardly ever ring people anyway.Submit Your Own Report (020 3931 0052)
