Get the t####er app, it shows you who’s ringin’ straight away. That’s how I know to ignore certain numbers, ‘cause this one always pops up as a "SCAM" when it rings.

All this crypto talk sounds dodgy and probably not legit. I never gave my number to any proper list, so it must’ve come from somewhere shady. Just a heads up, even giving a quick yes to them might mean you get more annoying calls from others like them.

The BT Call Protect voice message says the number is unknown and can’t be blocked. How did other folks manage to block it then?

Got two calls within four minutes, both from different folks claiming to be from Next Generation Marketing. They were basically trying to con me into some Crypto trading scheme.

Got a call from some crypto trading brokers bragging about their monthly gains and asking if I knew anything about crypto. I told 'em straight up, crypto is a con, no real value, just digital nonsense, only blockchain might be worth something someday. They sounded lost and just wished me a nice day. Pretty sure I nailed that cold call. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MUCKERS. They haven’t got a clue what they’re on about. NUMBER BLOCKED IMMEDIATELY ;)

They couldn’t reach me on my mobile, so somehow they ended up ringing my mum and dad’s place?! I moved out of their house like 9 years ago, no idea how they made that connection. Proper rude and pushy with my dad too, who on the second go just told them to jog on!

They must've nicked my info from Saxo Bank since I used a one-off email just for them. So it's clear how these lot got my data and maybe yours as well. I told them their list is being kept an eye on by the City of London Police, that I'm on the TPS, and told them to do one and get lost.

My phone buzzed, and I picked up only to hear a voice asking, "Is this (my name)?" I responded with, "Indeed, who am I speaking with?" and just like that, the caller disconnected. I attempted to return the call, but the number wouldn't even connect-clearly a bogus number that's been flagged.

Its a total con, they ring out of the blue tryna get you to put money into dodgy, unregulated schemes.

I told the guy calling that my husband, who he was looking for, had passed away seven years ago. Rather than saying sorry, he just said it was the toughest bit of his job then hung up on me. Honestly, I found that way more hurtful than if he’d just apologised and said he’d take my husband off his list.

I told them I wasn’t interested and mentioned I’m on the TPS list, but the person on the phone was really rude to me.
