Received a rather dodgy email purportedly from an ID verification firm. They’ve requested I provide a pristine copy of one of the following documents: - PASSPORT - ID CARD - DRIVING LICENCE They’ve also asked me to drop them a message on WhatsApp to verify my phone number at +44 20 3930 3996. What's odd is they insist on using the actual document rather than a mere scan. I’m to forward these documents either as a reply to their email or directly through WhatsApp. Seems quite suspicious if you ask me! Best, Compliance team
