Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent - said he wasn’t trying to sell me anything, just needed to ask a couple of quick questions. I told him I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve heard that line, “just a few questions, very quick,” but it never ends up like that. He kept going on about how fast it’d be, but I just cut the call off.

Said he was from an energy company but wasn't trying to sell anything. He couldn't even get my name right. His accent sounded Indian. I've been getting loads of calls like this lately.
