Just like the others have said, I got contacted by khb in a similar way. After being duped by some investment fraudsters last year, i promised myself i'd be extra careful and call out these scammers whenever they pop up. So i did a deep dive into khb, even reached out to their Austrian headquarters. Turns out, these lot are legit, properly registered and FCA approved. Glad to know some companies aren’t dodgy after all.

They kept rangin me over and over. When I tried to call back, all I got was some sort of music playing in the background and nobody answering. Proper annoying!

At first there was just silence when I answered, then it sounded like a call centre trying to reach someone. No one actually spoke though!

just like a few others ive had a call out of the blue from this karl heinz berndl company, they said it was a follow up from a chat i supposedly had last year. theyve got a nice website that looks proper but ive never heard of them before and cant find any real reviews anywhere. since ive no idea who they are or what they want im just gonna block their number. caller was very polite tho.

Like some others have said, this person had a really polite English accent and kept saying we’d talked before about ‘wealth management’ stuff. They claimed they had a new investment deal for me. I turned them down nicely and asked to be taken off their call list, but then the bloke got a bit annoyed. He insisted they were a legit company and didn’t use lists. I told him I was going to report them to the ICO, and right after that he just hung up. Pretty clear it’s a scam. I’ve blocked the number now.

This bloke rang me up claiming he was checking in about a mate’s contact from last year, but I honestly didn’t remember anything about that. He tried to sneak out some details so he could send me stuff, but I kept telling him no nicely, a few times even.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with a firm named khb or something like karl-heinz, talking about investment opportunities. The person was pretty polite and didn’t pressure me when I declined. Later, I tried looking them up online but couldn’t find any info about them.
