His accent was rather thick, making it tricky to grasp his words. To be fair, I had been on Facebook at that hour, simply looking for a contact number for a nearby repair shop, and I did peruse another local business, too. But I can't fathom how he managed to acquire my landline number! I asked him who he was and which company he represented, but his answers were less than crystal clear.
