Watch out, this is a really risky con! Got a call from this number after I asked about some investment stuff on a site claiming to be backed by the government’s FSCS in early July. It was all super slick and really believable, but it was actually a clever app scam. They tricked me into making a bank transfer, pretending to be from a well-known investment company. These scammers were seriously clever, acting like legit people from a trusted firm.
