I recently received a call claiming that my number had been selected for an unbeatable offer with O2. I was quite sceptical, given that I'm currently with giffgaff and haven't topped up in over five years, yet I've always managed to maintain credit. The caller was quite curious about how I manage it, which gave me a chuckle! To be fair, it did come off as genuine since they weren't asking for any payment up front if I opted for the £12 monthly plan, which included unlimited texts, calls, and 25GB of data. Meanwhile, I’m only shelling out £6 for unlimited texts, calls, and a measly 1GB - not that I actually pay anything! All in all, it felt quite legitimate.

Loads of numbers beginning with 0203925 have been calling me. I've got my phone set up to divert any unknown callers straight to voicemail. Most of these scam calls never bother to leave a message, so I just block them right away. Easy peasy!
