This morning I received a rather curious phone call from this number. The person on the other end inquired about my employment over the last four years, whether I had dabbled in self-employment and who my current employer was. Upon mentioning that I’m now enjoying my retirement, she promptly informed me that I wouldn’t qualify for any tax rebate and then swiftly ended the conversation. Quite an odd exchange indeed!

Received a call from someone looking for a "John". I told them no one with that name is here, but they didn’t really get it and just hung up suddenly.

This refund place sounds like a total scam. When I told them to take my number off their list, the lady just talked right over me. So, I just ended the call and blocked them straight away.
