5 yearsTotal rip off, be careful these are definitely scammers!5 yearsThey never told me who they were. I could hear loads of noise in the background like it was some busy call centre. Since I have really bad hearing, I asked if they could ring me on my mobile while I used my headset. They did call me back from this number, but before that they also rang from 0208161 8648 on my landline. When I explained again that I needed them to speak clearly because of my hearing, they just ended the call.5 yearsfirst a woman called me from a number that sounded quite similar, she quickly rattled off her sketchy company name. I told her to take my info off their system because my insurance is handling my claim, then I just hung up and blocked the number. later, a man called from the same number and got really rude, shouting that he was from the third party insurer and that i owed a cheque for £2500 to be sent. I knew straight away it was a scam since i’m still in physio and my claim isn’t even sorted yet. blocked them right away.5 yearsGot a call from a guy saying he was with some third party insurance and that I could get £2000 compensation for an accident. Sounded dodgy to me.5 yearsThis number keeps coming through even tho I blocked it ages ago. It’s some kinda car insurance scam, really smooth talkers. Seriously, don’t fall for their tricks and NEVER share your personal details with them. Stay safe!5 yearsSomebody rang me and claimed they were calling from a third party insurance company, saying there was a payment due to me.5 yearsGot a call from a bloke claiming to be from AMS about some “car accident”. I’d already blocked this number, 02081611689, cos it’s been flagged as a total scam.AMSSubmit Your Own Report (020 3918 8283)
