XLN is honestly one of the worst telecom companies I've dealt with. They focus on small businesses and sneak in all sorts of hidden charges, hoping you won’t catch on. When I decided to leave, they actually wouldn’t release my phone line and tried to stop me from quitting. I had to get OFCOM involved just to get things sorted. Now, after 8 months, they’re calling me nonstop, begging me to sign up again. Do yourself a favour and check the genuine Google reviews - not the ones they’ve obviously paid for. Stay clear of these scammers and block their number straight away.

This person won’t stop ringing me up asking for the boss. No matter how many times I block their number, they just call from a different one. Sounds like the same Indian guy every time! And they always act like it’s me who’s gotten it wrong and that I must have dialled them by mistake. I keep telling them, “Madam, you’re wrong, I’ve never called you!” but they just reply with “Oh yes you have!” It’s proper annoying!
