They said they were from Citizens Advice, but couldn’t even say my name right which made me wary straight away. So I checked out other reviews for this number. When I asked what the call was about since I didn’t ask for any help, the person just said, “I’m the one you need to talk to!” Honestly, claiming to be from Citizens Advice but acting like that seems really dodgy. Like someone else mentioned, this kind of behaviour should be banned.

They claimed they were calling from the citizens advice service, but honestly that should be banned. Turns out they were working for a debt consolidation firm!

I got a call from number about fixing my credit and managing debts. The person on the phone spoke very broken English and I had hard time understand them. Seemed like they wanted to help with loans or credit scores but I wasn’t sure if legit or not. Felt a bit suspicious, ended the call quickly. Would be careful if you get calls like that too.
