Got a call earlier and as soon as I asked what the call was about, they seemed a bit caught off guard. They claimed to be from some housing association. Since I own my place through shared ownership, it didn't really add up. They started asking about repairs needed, but the moment I mentioned having a mortgage, they shut off the call real quick.
