2 yearsI rang this number thinking it was Nov car park to check on my airport parking reference, which I hadn’t got yet. They told me I had to pay £20 as a confirmation fee to secure the booking. I kept telling them I’d already paid everything, but they insisted the only way to sort it was to pay that £20. I said no thanks.
