Absolutely chilling experience! I received a rather menacing voicemail about supposed tax evasion, threatening that I'd end up losing everything. It felt oddly unsettling how much they seemed to know about my personal information.

I received a phone call from someone claiming to be Richard Smith, but when I asked him to specify which HMRC office he was representing, he refused to provide this information. I told him that I’d return the call once I had his office address and extension number. Instead, he insisted that I divulge my personal details for verification; otherwise, he would escalate the matter to a higher authority. I replied that I had no interest in cooperating and encouraged him to proceed with his threat. I'm going to report this suspicious call to the police.

These people are absolute fools! Avoid any callbacks-it's a scam, plain and simple.

I reckon I've come across a bit of a dodgy situation here. It seems that a British firm is being impersonated by someone across the pond, claiming to be from HMRC. Quite the cheeky scam, if you ask me!

I received a voicemail from someone claiming to be Officer Jane Scott from the Inland Revenue. She insisted I give her a call back, warning that if I didn't get in touch within 48 hours, I might require legal representation. When I tried to return the call, all I got was endless ringing. A quick search online revealed that others have also identified this number as part of a scam.

Received a rather alarming call from this number, 02038973521, with someone impersonating the H.M.R.C. They warned that if I didn’t get back to them, there would be serious legal consequences-typical scare tactics, really! Be cautious, folks!
