I've blocked this number and the previous one too. Now a different number, 020 3634 5708, keeps ringing me. Whenever I pick up, they just hang up immediately. Feels like some kind of auto dialler at work - maybe if the operator doesn’t press a button fast enough, the call drops and cycles back into the system to bug me endlessly. Does anyone have any clue which company is behind this annoying hassle?

just had a bunch of calls from lots of numbers all starting with 020 3896 but the last few digits were different. they say they’re from some motor investigations and that you’ve made an insurance claim for an accident. i haven’t touched my car insurance or made any claims for over a decade. my advice - dont give them any details, and if you pick up just hang up straight away. seems like a dodgy scam to me.

i keep getting these annoying calls from numbers starting with 020 3896 or something similar, they keep changing the last few digits but it's always the same kind of annoying calls about car accident claims. my number’s on the do not call list but it doesn’t seem to make a difference, i block them but they just persist. honestly, it’s so frustrating. if it carries on, i’m seriously thinking about taking legal action!
