Got a recorded call from someone with an American accent saying they were from HM Customs and Excise. The message told me to have my lawyer or attorney get in touch straight away, otherwise I’d be in serious trouble with the law. Sounded a bit dodgy to me.

Got a call from someone saying they were Inland Revenue, sounded like an American speaking, and it was a recorded voice message. Pretty sure it was a scam.
