2 yearsGot a call from someone named Jo claiming to be an energy advisor for home insulation. No company details mentioned at all. The number was a 0203 but I live up north in the North West. They kept saying our loft insulation was old and needed updating, which is far from true! She also asked if I owned the house, seems like they were trying to get personal info. Our landline is on the TPS but still kept getting loads of calls from 0203 896 ****, just switching the last digits. This has to be cracked down on and these people should be held accountable!JoNorth West2 yearsDidn't get a message, seems like it could be a scam.2 yearsGot a call from someone saying "Hi, it's Jo, an energy adviser," but didn't mention what company. So I asked straight up what the call was about. She went on about insulation in my loft. I just said, "Thanks, but my loft's already fully insulated. Cheers, bye." Still heard Jo rattling on as I hung up. Definitely a scam, no question.Jo2 yearsI've tried to get in touch with TPS about these calls but it says the number isn't registered with them. They just won't stop ringing even when I'm pretty harsh on the phone. It's really stressing me out, especially with my husband being so unwell. TPS doesn't do much, feels like a complete waste of time, and they hardly ever take action against these numbers. This caller needs to be stopped and made to face the law.Telephone Preference ServiceTPS2 yearsThis person isn’t Jo, she’s lied about her name. She ought to mention what company she’s from. We’re ready to ask some probing questions, but reckon it’s got something to do with the insulation in her roof. Should we schedule a meeting at midnight? Why not!Jo2 yearsThis is the fourth time in just a couple of days that they've called me, each time from a different number. I didn't pick up on any of them and they never left a voicemail either. Quite frustrating.2 yearsThis number, *jo*, has been calling repeatedly, twice today and also once on Monday, even after I've asked them to take me off their list as we don't own the property. It seems like she's ringing nearly every week without fail.2 yearsThey keep ringing but no one ever picks up, honestly these scammers must be bloody idiots if they’re trying to make any cash like this!Submit Your Own Report (020 3896 6060)
