It appears that Energy Insulation is off the rails when it comes to honesty. They've completely disregarded their listing on the Trading Standards and it's evident they couldn't care less. Quite disheartening, really!

Pretending to be the energy consultant for my region, this individual was completely clueless about where I actually resided. It’s evident that this is just a ruse to fish for personal details from unsuspecting folks!

Missed a call from this number, but they didn’t bother to leave a message. It bears a striking resemblance to a number used in a dodgy phishing attempt I encountered not long ago. I’ve decided against calling back and have blocked it instead.

Though our landline is registered with the Telephone Preference Service, it appears we’ve been inundated with calls from various 0203 numbers. Not recognising any of them raised my suspicions, leading me to believe it's yet another scam attempt, so I chose to ignore the call. Just like the others from those 0203 digits, this one’s now been added to my blocked calls list.

I've received multiple calls from this number lately. A woman claiming to be Jo, my energy consultant, has been on the other end each time. Interestingly, she appears to be under the impression that I own the property. Her voice is quite memorable, I must say.

I encountered a chap with a broad Australian twang going on incessantly about ways to insulate for homeowners. He talked so much that I couldn't even get a syllable in! The moment I mentioned I wasn’t the homeowner, he abruptly ended the call. Quite rude, if you ask me!
