Got a call from someone pretending to be my bank, telling me there was a payment of over £1100 made and to ring them back if I didn’t approve it. Seemed dodgy to me.

Got a text off 07932 688201 saying I needed to confirm a payment for eBay and to call back on +44 2038 965318 if I had any questions. Same story as others, it’s definitely a scam, don’t fall for it!

Got a call from someone pretending to be NatWest, saying eBay was trying to take nearly £1,900 out of one of my accounts there. Then, I got a text on my phone from a mobile number repeating the same story and asking me to ring them back. Thing is, I’ve never had an account with NatWest, so when the bloke with a really posh English accent spoke, I just told him to jog on.
