Never pick up if it’s a 020 number, seems like they’re always dodgy. I just block them straight away and make sure to flag them on all the sites I can find. Honestly, I don’t see the point in using the ICO or Action Fraud or even texting 7726 - feels like a waste of time. With how advanced tech is now and so many people complaining about these sorts of calls, you’d think they’d be caught by now.

Got two scam calls this week from numbers very similar to this one, so I block them straight away. The quiet pauses and weird recorded voices make it obvious they’re either overseas or trying to fake your number. I’m the one who reaches out if needed, not the other way around. I never, ever respond to cold calls in any shape or form.
