I just dont pick up when this number rings anymore.

There’s this annoying bloke who keeps ringing me, saying he's meant to speak to one of our team but doesn’t have their direct line, so he just keeps contacting me, the office manager. Every time, he gets all muddled and hangs up mid-sentence. Then, a few days down the line, he tries again. I attempted to call him back to clear things up, but the phone just keeps ringing without anyone picking up.
