Today, I received a phone call from someone claiming to represent HMRC, and it was rather alarming! He began hurling threats, saying I could end up behind bars if I didn’t settle my tax dues. I must admit, I was quite taken aback and felt a flutter of panic. Fortunately, my husband was by my side and took charge of the situation; he recognised the caller as a fraud. How lucky am I to have him around?
