Got a rubbish answerphone message that was all threats about some legal stuff unless I rang back. Didn’t bother, just blocked the number and flagged it to my phone provider.

got a call from someone claiming to be HMRC, their voice was so robotic it was hard to believe, sounded like a bad computer trying to threaten me with legal trouble. bit suspicious if you ask me.

I didn’t pick up when they rang, but they dropped a recorded message with a really poor American accent, saying something about legal trouble if I didn’t return the call. Totally a scam, no doubt about it.

i got this recorded message telling me i had to call back or they would take legal steps, said its from hm revenue and customs. sounded a bit dodgy to me.
