I got a phone call about some financial matter and they kept asking for the boss of the business. The person on the phone spoke with a strong Indian accent and it smelt fishy, like a scam for sure. When I asked for a contact number so they could get back to me (though I highly doubt they ever would), they gave a mobile phone number. Definitely dodgy.

This bloke rang me saying it was about card payment advances, which was weird cause we don’t even have a card machine. I told them at least three times to stop ringing me, but they just won’t quit. When I asked them to take me off their list, the guy flat out said no and that he’d keep ringing. Then he just hung up and called me back two more times. Proper annoying!

I didn’t find this call to be one of those silent ones. Instead, I encountered an Asian individual whose accent was so thick that it rendered our conversation indecipherable.

I keep getting numerous calls throughout the day with no one on the other end - it’s quite maddening! They don’t bother to leave any messages either. What an absolute bother!

Typical lot of scammers and crooks calling in. They kinda backed off quick when I told them I work as a security guard at a retirement home!

Got a missed call with no sound while I was home, no voicemail either. Normally BT Call Guardian stops these annoying cold calls, so I’m guessing it was some sort of scam or telemarketer. Went ahead and blocked the number.
